My responsibility in the office in Algiers was to help structure the standard procedures. During this experience, I have been involved in multiple sectors, from project management for the current ongoing projects in the region to quality in order to implement the company procedures.

Click to edit position descriptionUniversity quality project on the analysis of Cleaning In Place processes. Research of insightful informations optimizing the production flow. The project has been developed in collaboration with Ecolab which is the firm supplying the the cleaning system.
The analysis included the use of quality and statistical tools such as cp, cpk, pareto diagram, correlation analysis and descriptive statistics.

For the master thesis purpose, I have deepened my knowledge in the company procedures and process in order to study and optimize the production flow. My role is to study the "as-is" picture of each department and propose improved and standard tools.

The Sommet des Deux Rives (Summit of the Two Shores) seeks to foster a pragmatic Mediterranean regional socio-political exchange in order to showcase and launch specific projects on blue economy and coastal-urban development in the aim of sustainability and circular economy. "Vers un espace commun de dialogue intercultural, de production et de developpment durable, inclusif et solidaire".

My responsibilities included the creation of the company and ensuring a business presence on the market. In 1 year, our team managed to win an Erasmus + and together with its partners, a project funded by the Ministry of the Economic Development which purpose was to create a new center of competences, afterwards named START 4.0.
